It's easy to get pissed at the staff when we are losing but even having a chance at 8-8 with the injuries are nothing short of a miracle. Arians has been the best coach we have ever had. Ever. If we lose its not the time to rip our coach. If he walks it's time to thank him. If he stays then get pumped for next year. Either way we all bleed red and Arians has given us a poo ton to be happy about.
