Yeah i don’t think there’s any chance he gets fired this season. It’s too early to say anything.

Yeah… what? I’d think guys who are true dogs and care about the team are in meetings to soak up what the other teams are doing and then be able to give input to guys on the sidelines during games. Or at least just be there to soak up as much knowledge as possible.

Maybe my brain just works differently. If you’re part of the team, there’s all kinds of ways to contribute even if you’re just on the sidelines.

He job is to identify which have the talent to fit the team, and find the right the right mix of items to offer the player to convince them to join the Cardinals. He doesn’t do it successfully he is a failure at his job. It’s pretty simple.

I can easily be convinced that Michael is happy to eat $10 million (likely less) on Monti and Gannon than $40 million on Kyler.
