Not how I read it. I read it as trading back in the first round from pick 16. Assuming we receive a pick or picks for doing this.

Redshirt to me means little if any contribution the first year. Pick 16 in the draft shouldn’t be in that category.

Simmons at 16 would be a mistake IMO. Very frustrating.
