That fits our team - I'm developing it as a minor league squad to give GLB players with Arizona connections a chance at playing time.

We're shootin to be competitive - but I'm going more of an angle to help develop players to take that step onto a dynasty team. It would be a good way to network with others too if yer looking fer players instead of relying on CPUs. When you get yer team we'll just trade whatever the min $ the GLB will allow.

My plan is min. salary plus $20k bonus.

That should be enough to equip yer guys when they get to lvl 16.

A bunch of us from arizona (ASU Alumn, Cardinal Fans, etc) are part of a GLB team called the Leningrad Czars over in Eastern Europe AA #3 (Zeta Conference.

Jeff - hold off on boosting till when this season is almost over. We still have time before this season is officially over.

You got a contract offer from the czars that should cover your training costs on "aggressive" mode to get as much skill points as possible - if you boost yer guy then it will cost more of your salary to cover that expense.

Also another important part - you get the most experience points at first level - hopefully we'll train yer way up a level or 2 before you boost.

Think of it as being an Aaron Rogers type of experience....er...bad example.

I'm close to saying we have a "full" roster. I "grayed" out the backup spots that IMO isn't so critical...but I "redded" the no. 2 FS spot as a need. Not a big need cuz we could always move a CB into that spot...but still a need.

I dont see how you would need anymore LBers even in a 3-4. Heck in a 3-4 your DE's are still playing and really only using 1 DT IIRC?

A couple of the spots are filled with new folks (superspcks friends) - we're not yet 100% on their commitment...so yeah on paper we look loaded...but we just don't know.

Salary Spreadsheet

Agents...no real time table on this (maybe a week?)...but can you please copy/paste yer guy (FROM THIS POST #221) and the level (GLB min. salary) he will be at BEFORE BOOSTING into the new season?

I'm working on a salary spreadsheet in which I'm going to be tossing out min. contracts with 20k bonuses...but I also need to think about building parts of the stadium.

Not to sound like a broken record - do not boost past level 13 until after you sign a contract!
