Sure but don't you think there are things that happen within a basketball game that would be treated differently if they occurred elsewhere?

Someone lowering a shoulder, sure. Someone punching you, no. Assault is assault.

That's some major B.S. The problem is there is no process for reversal. So, even if the ref knew he was wrong? They are not going to reverse it.

The ref needs to swallow the whistle early in the game on stuff like this. Let the player vent some frustration for a bit and if they just keep going then you give them tech #1. Booker received a 2nd tech at a point where he should have been receiving no more than his first tech.

Agree. Excessive complaining in 5 minutes? Sorry ref, you’ve gotta have more patience than that. It’s ridiculous.
