At least Reddick has a reason to be so cocky...he's been getting crap for 4 years...and as a Carolina fan, I can assure you that some people I know have yelled things at him that are just over the line.

Of the nine years, Duke was a #1 seed 8 times - which means that they basically got a first-round bye, then played the survivor of the usually tough 8-9 game.

And, 6 of those years, Duke has played close to home in the Carolinas - Charlotte, Raliegh, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Greenville.

Of those 9 years, they have advanced to the Elite 8 4 times, meaning more often than not, they lose playing their first big game of the Tourney..
