I didn't say teams are going to go Portland State with Lomax on us I'm saying in 2 games we've seen 101 passes against us and 41 runs.

I like Tomlinson I think he's a good player but so far he's not playing that much.

You don’t think his presence is a reason teams think they should attack more with the pass?

It also wasn’t the reason for this game to be even close. The defense decided after being up 27-3 the game was over and we played like preventndumb crap defense the rest of the game! Even on a 4th andn16 we rushed 4 like we had it all sewn up already! Not to mention not recovering an onside kick is the dumbest crap of the day!

Right but the pick swung all the momentum. We were just grinding down their defense and moving down the field our last 3 drives had been 10 plays FG, 6 plays TD(before the half) and 9 plays Touchdown to start the 2nd half.

They scored to cut it to 27-10 and then 9 plays 60 yards 6 1/2 minute drive until Kylers pick at the 12 yard line. If he just throws it away we kick a FG and still have the momentum. Hell if he takes a sack we still kick the FG, and run another 30 seconds or so off the clock before kicking it. Terrible play

Maybe a terrible play but if your whole team and coaching staff falls apart after a pick just fuckignnpack up and call it a season that’s the softest crap ever! They were up 27-3 and the COACHES decided to play like botches the rest of the way on both sides of the ball that’s why this game closed out like it did, don’t try to pin it on a pick where his arm was hit and ball went up into the air how ridiculous.

Really makes you wonder what Petzing brings to the table. The run game was the only good part of the offense.

Or why was he ever qualified for this job? Or why we wouldn’t go with a vet OC after the Kliffy experience ? Washington offense hasn’t looks so hot to start the year Kliffy fans

Bulk of this steaming pile of excrement is the coaching staff and their approach to call off the dog’s especially on defense. DRob has crossed over to JAG territory to me, just can’t win 1v1 battles vs first team OL. Penalties were frustrating. We need to right the ship quickly.

Imagine what a dicey position this season could be in already if Chad Ryland hasn't been nails so far this season. He has performed the best IMO. Only guy you say "All NFL" level so far. Baker and McBride would be next on my list then a pretty sharp drop off.

We won at the end of the day. We won. Would we have preferred to not let it come down to the last drive b2b weeks against #NotGoodTeams? Absolutely.

But we still won.

We’ve been there in both 2015 & 2021 where we came out guns-blazin at the beginning of the season. Even against good teams, too.

That didn’t prevent us from falling off towards the end & getting our asses whooped by that Panthers team in 2015 & Rams team in 2021.

Let’s just hope we finish strong.

Watching the Chiefs and the Cardinals the first two weeks, I get the same sense that both these teams have the same areas to improve.

The only difference is the Chiefs played respectable NFL competition and are 0-2.

If the Chiefs, with Patrick Mahomes, can’t overcome their deficiencies, what chance do we have when we start playing real NFL teams?

Glad i didnt watch the game. Wouldve been at hospital holding my chest. How tf you lose an offside kick?? Undisciplined. Why didnt Murray just take the sack or throw the way the ball instead of throwing a prayer at the interception? Undisciplined (and he is who he is at this point). Defense looked gassed. How did DRob do? Sweat is good for one sack. Hes no game-changer like Parsons

Can you imagine if with like 15 seconds left Young would have connected on a TD pass to put them up one, leaving us no time to even try a comeback?

Can you imagine the carnage on this board? Omg.

Kyler had one horrific play, one incredible play, and a bunch of back and forth mid stuff. He really should have had a TD on the first drive but those got robbed by poor play from Marv and a BS penalty.

He was like a B- to C+ player today.

The running game was horrific outside of like 2 Conner plays. Benson is hilariously overrated. We should have taken Skattebo in round 3 last year.

Gannon is Vince Tobin part 2. All he is missing is a clipboard. He is passive to a fault. He is unemotional to a fault. He gets a D because they won but really it was a F

Marvin Harrison is going to be the 4th best receiver drafted two years ago and it is what it is. We are 0-2 on "generational" talents. Mid is what we get.

I thought K1 played much better this week, but there is plenty of room for improvement as well. He played good enough for us to win. The INT was bad but he was a big reason for the 20 points we scored today. I'm not disappointed in his play today....we won.
