Agree. I listened to a postgame show and a number of callers suggested Bidwills sell the franchise. The radio host responded “That’s a nonstarter.”

So maybe Bidwills hire a knowledgeable CEO to make franchise decisions and MB is an absentee owner. He may not want to spend the money but a bigger loss is stadium attendance.
