Surprised by this one but TJ is great. A lot like George Kittle.

He will benefit from George Kittle (who went in 5th). I wouldn't take a TE in Rd 1.

I am not a Devin White fan (not much of an upgrade over Reddick IMO).

He's been one of the LBs in the country, and unlike Reddick, he's played the position for a long time. Nothing like Reddick.

I hope Denzel Mims (WR) Baylor declares for draft. He is a junior.

kid should have waited, this is a TE heavy draft.... Devon White on the other hand is a solid backer and should be a top ten pick.

White is one of the best athletes in this draft. He's 20 years old. Rushes the passer. Stops the run. Sideline to sideline player.

I would honestly consider trading down to #5 and taking if the package is good enough.

If the player is a tight end from Iowa, you just draft him. I doubted this, and was wrong.

No disrespect...are you watching him play or listening to the hype?

I posted arguably his best game earlier in this thread and he is getting manhandled. He makes 1 or 2 good plays the entire game.

He is super fast but lacks the instincts and can't get away from blocks.

I have watched him play. He makes plays in the backfield, sacks, pass defenses. Everything.

His instincts are top notch.

Surely you take the consensus #1? Absolutely everyone has Bosa at the top, why risk it on an upside guy

This guy is intriguing. 6'5 played for Kingsbury at T Tech

Just needs to add some muscle IMO. He isn’t JJ Nelson skinny but not built like a prototype pro WR IMO. He would be a good guy for the middle rounds I would say, scheme familiarity and production are a huge factor in his favor.

I've heard nothing to indicate that Keim will ignora BPA or some variant.

Who we pick will depend on how Steve and the scouting dept. stack our 120 player board where players are ranked according to their overall skill-set. (Note - Keim has said in the past that he weights each player's rating according to how he fits the team's position-need, so there's that).

Then - once the board is set - the plan is to "trust the board" and draft the highest-rated player still available at each pick - regardless of position.

This process kind of blows up the notion of comparing LB vs LB vs. LB. It's more like Apples vs. Oranges vs. Advocado round by round.

Other than ranking the 120 players on the BPA board, it's well knigh impossible trying to scope out a pick by pick mock.

I did not realize he was draft eligible until you posted. I like the guy. He's a long and tall ball snatcher who understands the downfield blocking necessary for K K's system

I still say my dream scenario is to snag Bosa or trade down and add Devin White plus picks, and then trade up into round one and snag Harry.

Harry, Kirk, and Fitzgerald next year. It looks alot better on paper.
