See, the "can't move the ball in a crucial moment" comment doesn't make sense, at least in the context of this game.

A) Down by seven in the 4th, he led the team on TD drive, and on 3rd down, on the run, threw a beautiful TD pass to McBride to tie the game.

B) On 3rd down with 2 minutes left, he stood tall in the pocket and threw a perfect pass to Jones which would have won the game.

Murray actually made several clutch plays today GC88. Several.

Murray is not the problem with this offense.

Murray should have smoked this niners team. When you dink and dunk for 90% of the game though- no surprise we lose the game. This offense lead by Murray on the field was comatose for 90% of the game. Murray and petzing both need to shape up or start packing after this season

Sigh... I really don't want to seem unreasonable to Georgia. I really don't.

And I don't think Murray is playing great, or even very good, football right now. I might say "good" which I guess you might think is generous. Fair enough.

But some (some!) of that is the dysfunction, and lack of talent, around him.

Yes the offense was... amazing... in it's dysfunction in the 1st half. I'm not sure I've ever seen anything like that actually.

But... do I think K1 played well enough to win today? On the road against a division foe? Yes. Yes I do Georgia. And I'm going to stick by that.
