Michael is seriously overestimating the good will he has built up with the fans if he keeps Gannon. The Arians era was a long time ago. If they trot out Gannon and Jacoby next year, how many people are going to actually show up? How much losing can the average fan take?

Apparently I can take up to, if not more, than 356 losses.

The Pats, Bears, and Broncos have turned their teams around with new coaches and the Cards are busy wondering if they should keep a guy who is having the worst season in Cards history.

The great state of Arizona deserves better than the Bidwillians and the Cardinals.
Kubiak, Kubiak, Kubiak. Look at his play calling and what he’s done with Njigma(sp?).
Just like the Bears did. Raid the staff of the best team in your division.

Don’t worry we will look to the Browns and Jets for our coaching prospects.

Look at our last round of interviews when looking for a coach. The only one that was good was Payton and he absolutely wasn’t coming here. The rest of the dudes that were finalists including JG are absolutely horrible in the NFL now.

Bidwill, M. can’t pick talent on any level.

I’m so afraid you are right.
Keeping Gannon and any part of this staff will do nothing to attract a talented OC.
Kubiak calls the plays and his offense is dynamic. He would put together a solid game plan and raise MHJ to the player he should be.
This is a no brainer.

We had interviewed Dan Campbell in the Kingsbury hiring cycle. :bang:

You know, when the subject isn't Kyler, we agree on a lot.

A real OC will make Michael Wilson the unquestioned #1 WR and stick Marv in as the sacrificial X. Wilson can actually beat press coverage. MHJ's draft position is the only reason he's the #2 behind McBride, he's shown absolutely nothing on the field against decent corners for two straight years. His first two years have been identical to Jerry Jeudy's.

JSN was way more productive in college than MHJ btw. He got discounted as a prospect because there wasnt enough film of him playing outside the slot, the same thing that caused Justin Jefferson to fall in the draft.

I think it’s safe to say that Michael is looking for a reason to keep coach Kendall Roy. If the Cards lose out, he can’t. If they win two of their last three, maybe you can say they battled through adversity or whatever.

You can’t fire Kliff for going 4-13 the season after making the playoffs and then keep Coach Kendall Roy with the same or worse record and zero success to show for it.
