KK is sick and we have quite a few injured players

Extremely tough game going into the Dawg Pound short handed

We need to get the offense going again

KM is the key and he needs to make the pocket adjustments to make time to throw

Big game for the Oline, which is banged up also

Missing Hudson is huge and the rest need to step up

Dline has to get pressure on Baker to force mistakes

Turnovers could be a key to a victory

Go Cardinals!

Cardinals at Browns

Cardinals WR DeAndre Hopkins (illness) missed two practices, but returned Friday and he has no injury designation for Sunday. Neither does QB Kyler Murray (right shoulder), who was a full participant on Friday after limited practices the prior two days. C Rodney Hudson (ribs, shoulder) and LB Tanner Vallejo (hand) have been ruled out and newly acquired TE Zach Ertz isn’t allowed to play per league rules. T Kelvin Beachum (ribs), RB Chase Edmonds (shoulder), LB Jordan Hicks (toe), CB Byron Murphy (ribs), and CB Marco Wilson (ribs) are all listed as questionable.

RB Nick Chubb (calf) is out for the Browns and RB Kareem Hunt (wrist, knee) is listed as questionable. LB Malcolm Smith (abdomen) is also out while DE Jadeveon Clowney (elbow, knee), T Jack Conklin (knee), DE Myles Garrett (knee, ankle), CB A.J. Green (shoulder, groin), DE Takkarist McKinley (ankle, knee), CB Greg Newsome (calf), C J.C. Tretter (knee), CB Denzel Ward (neck), and T Jedrick Wills (ankle) join Hunt in the questionable category.

Cardinals place Rodney Hudson on injured reserve

Cardinals center Rodney Hudson won’t be on the field in Cleveland on Sunday and he’ll miss at least two more games as well.

The Cardinals announced on Saturday that Hudson has been placed on injured reserve. Hudson suffered rib and shoulder injuries during last Sunday’s win over the 49ers.

Max Garcia will take over at center as the team tries to beat the Browns and move to 6-0 on the season. Home games against the Texans and Packers come after the game in Cleveland.

The Cardinals activated defensive tackle Jordan Phillips and offensive lineman Joshua Miles from injured reserve. Neither player has appeared in a game yet this season.

They also promoted tight end Ross Travis from the practice squad as a standard elevation and called up linebacker Joe Walker and offensive lineman Danny Isidora as COVID-19 replacements. Edge rusher Chandler Jones and defensive lineman Zach Allen are both on the COVID-19 reserve list and the team will also be without head coach Kliff Kingsbury due to COVID protocols.

Tom Pellisero on Game day Live just said Spencer Whipple is going to be on the headset calling plays with help from those around him.

At least he was an OC in college I guess

I hope Mr Whipple isn't soft.
His dad learned under Chip Kelly.

OT: The Andy move makes sense.

Prior to joining the Cardinals in 2019, Whipple spent seven years coaching at the collegiate level. He coached the final five seasons (2014-18) at the University of Massachusetts where he served as the passing game coordinator/quarterbacks coach in 2018. Whipple joined the UMass staff in 2014 as tight ends coach before working the following three seasons (2015-17) as passing game coordinator/wide receivers coach.
In 2018, UMass WR Andy Isabella – a Cardinals 2019 NFL Draft pick – was a Biletnikoff Award finalist after leading the FBS in the regular season with 1,698 receiving yards. He finished second in the nation with 102 receptions and fifth in the country with 13 TD receptions. Isabella was a consensus first-team All-American and finished with the most receiving yards in school history (3,526). In 2017, Minutemen wide receivers had the third-most total receptions (272) and receiving yards (3,570) in school history.

This is the first game of the year I'm not looking forward to, not because of KK but because of no Hudson or Maxx and KMs shoulder concerns me
I’m not worried about Kylers shoulder. They completely took him off the Injury report with zero designation. They don’t usally do that if having any lingering issues.

This is our 17th game. The odd one out. A win here would be great.

Our most likely division rivals the Rams 17th game is a very tough one vs the Ravens late in the season.
