Why do I keep getting "redirected" error messages?

Not everytime, but quite often I get a message saying I'm being redirected because I submitted a similar post within the last 5 minutes. It didn't matter that it was my first post of the day. Does it have something to do with it taking so long to process my post or is it taking so long to process it because it's confusing itself on whether or not I had submitted a similar post that I hadn't? Are you with me?

The board has been veerrrryyyyy slow and wierd today. I also keep getting these messages.
