Holmes has acquired 8 pro bowlers by not having to worry about the QB position.
he came from the Rams

i used to think the Ravens had the scouting secret sauce (in reality, they probably do) but the Rams have been on a heater the last 6 years

If Mike was smart -- he would totally steal from the FO for his own

This team is on its way to the worst Cardinal record in 66 years!
Damn!
If that’s not grounds for firing what does it take?

Petzing changing the entire offense for Brissett and then absolutely face palming after 3 games when other teams got film on the offense is going to be a historic face palm. It just gets worse every week
You believe the entire offense was changed in a week? I mean ya the game plan changed, but it would have been no different than it would be for any two different QBs.

Oh, but man, don't criticize Monti or the coaching staff! You're being a debby downer and negative for negativity's sake, and you're really negative in real life if you do that! So says a bunch of posters over the first two seasons of this ish show. Wonder where they're at now?

If they start the same nonsense with a new regime I will get banned every other day because the knives will be out.
I'm mean really? You're really going out in a limb to say the next (insert position, coach, GM, draft pick) for the AZ cardinals is going to suck? There aren't many that haven't failed.

It all starts with ownership and flows downward throughout the organization.

That's the crux of the problem. The rest are symptoms.

Unless the Cardinals get fortunate and hire a good GM, likely on his way up, it's all rinse and repeat.

Not at all. I'm pointing to a certain set who defended every single MOJG decision tooth and claw and mercilessly gunned at anyone who disagreed with anything the team did. It is disingenuously pollyannaish and nonsensical, and not one of them has oozed out of the woodwork to hold their hands up as wrong. If they start again the next time around, it will get ugly. I'm tired of watching ish and being told to eat it like chocolate ice cream.

I would go get Mac Jones as gross as that idea is to me after we fire MO and JG. Then see if we can find a QB in the next 2 drafts. QB is such a tough position though hence why i say the next 2 drafts. I am ok with shooting a couple of times on the position since it is so important.

We also have to gut the entire scouting department some were here when Keim was running things.

We are in such a terrible position again. Hard to want to stick with the franchise when they have shown zero ability to improve and be competitive.
Pipe dream, even if we wanted him the niners are not trading him to us. Unless we give them a haul.

This is really only true for the Jets. The Browns were pretty bad for 15 years before Stefanski arrived.
And they are still bottom feeders under stefanski 4 of their last 5 are losing seasons. Even the one anamoly of 11-5 they still only managed 3rd in their division.

The guy is 44-56 and on his second three win total in a row.

Yes but they had peaks of success. Looking for anything from MOJG.

I’ve noticed outside of players like Kyler & Budda, you be afraid to slander this organization, lol.
The cardinals the organization suck they’ve always sucked and will continue to suck. It’s just the constant and the given. Year in and year out it doesn’t change but the players do. No point in wasting time on it. We know it already. Players can improve or get worse. Also change year to year. The cardinals as an organization is same old ish.
