This is the tough part of this conversation. Three is a lot of season left which will impact the decision.
Yeah i don’t think there’s any chance he gets fired this season. It’s too early to say anything.

I think it’s more likely we go 5-6 the rest of the way and save everyone’s job than 2-9 and everyone gets fired.

Injured players not going to meetings makes no sense to me. Are there not enough chairs?

Hopefully one of the Cards press who reads this board will follow up.

Yeah… what? I’d think guys who are true dogs and care about the team are in meetings to soak up what the other teams are doing and then be able to give input to guys on the sidelines during games. Or at least just be there to soak up as much knowledge as possible.

Maybe my brain just works differently. If you’re part of the team, there’s all kinds of ways to contribute even if you’re just on the sidelines.

This is the FIRST time in three years I’ve ever seen JG be a normal human on the sidelines without his typical robot, stoic act.

And kudus to him. It’s like a weight was lifted off his shoulders and he decided to be a real coach who wants to try and win a game instead of playing to not lose…Who knows, maybe all this losing and his seat getting hot changed him.

Changed him? Not if he is starting Kyler as he said after the game (probably per orders). They both are likely to go down together.

Yeah, im starring to enjoy this whole "offense" concept. I didnt know you could throw the ball more than ten yards. Did you guys know that receivers can catch these things called touchdowns? It blew my mind.

The weight off his shoulder is little KM. If he sticks with pouty, then yes, he should be fired. You can’t win with KM as your QB. That’s been evident multiple seasons now.

JG says it’s still Murray’s job…

Gannon has said for weeks that when starter Kyler Murray has recovered from a foot injury that has sidelined him the past three games, Murray will play. Gannon said Murray didn't play Monday night because he "just wasn't healthy enough to go."

Pressed on why, after Brissett's recent run, he'll stick with Murray, Gannon said it is "just how I feel."

Gannon said he had nothing to add to the conversation when asked whether Brissett had shown him enough to earn the job.

Perhaps he believes that if not for several dropped passes, Demarcado's brain fart, Petzing calling a run play (3rd and 8) without a passing option at a critical point, and the defence crumbling in the fourth quarter, we'd have had several more wins with KM at the helm.

I'm saying 'perhaps', I can't actually read Gannon's mind, and I certainly don't know what inputs Monti and Michael have at this moment.

We will see. I don't necessarily believe what Gannon says to the press.

For sure beating the Titans if D Mercado hadn’t dropped the ball

Agree with your statement. Even Brissett has said that it’s the growth of the entire offense and not one individual that has contributed to it looking better. I still have MAJOR concerns with the right side of the OL & our INSISTENCE on being conservative on both sides of the ball in the 4th quarter. Even as a Murray supporter, I don’t think it’s fair to anyone, including Murray, to have him start this week. ESPECIALLY because it’s the Seahawks & it’s a brutal tough road venue. I hope I’m wrong, but I don’t see us beating Seattle regardless of who’s playing QB. We have 2 home games after that, and that’s the time to bring back Murray after a 3-4 week absence.

mikey didn't pay for the lamborghini to watch it sit - he doesn't care if it spins out in traffic - he doesn't care if it doesn't run like it used to - doesn't even care if it wins

the 55 chevy crash derby edition complete with roll cage wasn't supposed to run better quarter miles than the lambo - it was supposed to takes hits while the lambo was in the shop

some say the lambo is secretly on backpage but idk - who wants to buy a 7 year old broken down lambo? with a salvage title

Gannon like any head coach wants to win. If Murray starts it will be from pressure upstairs. Gannon won’t come out and say this because he is a company man.
Even a blind man can see the improvement if he listens to the games.
