Preseason: Lakers @ Suns Wednesday game thread 12-16-20

Suns return from Utah to play their remaining two preseason games at home against the Lakers starting Wednesday.

Both teams will play again on Friday in nationally televised contest on ESPN.

Lakers are 2-0 after beating the Clippers twice while the Suns are 0-2 after losing twice to the Jazz.

Game time is scheduled for 7 p.m.

It will be televised on FSAZ and NBATV.

LeBron James and Anthony Davis are expected to play Wednesday per Frank Vogel.

The Suns are going to really be small going against the Lakers starting five. This is something the Suns will have to get used too going against bigger teams.

So it looks like Paul will be matched up against Schroder and Booker against Kuzma.

That's a huge starting five for the Lakers and Schroder will present a speed problem.
