I thought he threw 3 picks yesterday...

1 to Patrick Petersen
1 to Dansby
1 to someone I can't remember.

3-4 games in he will hit his stride. If not, before then. Our QB, RB, and OL situation will not look so dreary. Also, WR's.

Uhm, WR screen? Executed perfectly?

One thing Palmer is very good at is getting the ball off correctly for the screen pass. I will :thud: if we run that play well this season.

That's the one thing that stood out to me while watching that thread (can't remember who started it, apologies) that had all his throws last year. He still has zip on the ball, and he throws a great short/screen/flat/outlet pass. Better than anyone we've had, including Warner.

Looks like Palmer is actually going to be able to complete the seam pass to Housler too.

If Cards can't complete long passes next year, all the screen passes won't do much if defenders can stay within 10 yards of line of scrimmage.

Right?

We all should know what is coming.
2 quarters of average QB play.
1 quarter of horrendous QB play.
And a 4th quarter that is hall of fame worthy.

What does that equal? At least 6 ten point losses.

Beats the heck out of 3 quarters of horrendous QB play then a 4th quarter that is Toilet Bowl worthy and 58 point losses.

Right?

Palmer's good with the long ball, too.

I doubt that with Carson Palmer at QB we'd have had two games where the D forced 10 total turnovers, 8 interceptions and two fumble recoveries, and Arizona lose both games.

10 turnovers = 25 points and two losses!!!! :bang:

You gotta love Cardinal football.
