The Bears hire Ben Johnson and turn it around in year one.
The Jags hire Liam Coen and turn it around in year one.
The Patriots hire Mike Vrabel and turn it around in year one.

The Cardinals hire Jonathan Gannon and are 3-8 in year three.

When you hire the right coach, it doesn't take four plus seasons to win.

Liam Coen is also doing it with his QB ranking 31st in QB Rating and his top 2 receivers being injured.

Good coaches find a way to win, while lately Gannon has just been finding ways to lose.

It really doesn’t matter if anyone is fired tomorrow.

This season has been terrible and nothing will make it better

Rumor has it Gannon is still safe but they are looking into replacements for drew.

Not saying it’s right and I agree with those calling for his job - but it is what it is.

My take, it is likely that doing something other than complete reset at GM, HC, and QB will lead to future issues.

THe next coach/gm should get to pick his QB.

If Gannon wasn't openly cheering Petzing's incompetence, I might feel differently. I might say sure let him pick a QB.

If they do just point it all at Kyler, which is getting really difficult the longer he is out, I give Gannon Brissett and a round 2-3 rookie. I invest in offensive line heavily and if it still bottoms out, you can do the full reset after next season
