Watching the Suns turnaround this year definitely has me believing that coaching makes a huge differences in wins/losses. We've never had a winning record under Gannon nor have we sniffed the playoffs. We're sitting in year 3 at this point, unbelievable he's still our head coach.

same goes for the Sun Devils. They've been destroyed by injuries and came into the year having lost their best player (and one of the best in the country) to graduation and they still battled thru adversity to be sitting here with a chance o go 9-3 on the season, with multiple wins against ranked teams (at the time they played them).

Have you heard of the Pottsville Curse

I have a close friend who’s from Pottsville & those people still hold a grudge against the Cardinals. Always will. They pass that grudge on from generation to generation. I’ve been following the Cardinals since 1964 & have been saying since the 70’s that they’re a cursed franchise. The ball has been bouncing against them for over 60 years. What could go wrong, has gone wrong, and at the worst possible times. After all the years of watching them, I FIRMLY believe it’s a curse.

The Bears hire Ben Johnson and turn it around in year one.
The Jags hire Liam Coen and turn it around in year one.
The Patriots hire Mike Vrabel and turn it around in year one.

The Cardinals hire Jonathan Gannon and are 3-8 in year three.

When you hire the right coach, it doesn't take four plus seasons to win.

Yes. People were mad and felt Payton turning around the Broncos in a year, Harbaugh turning the Chargers into a playoff team in a year was somehow unsustainable. Winning builds its own momentum. You can’t build a foundation for success on losing/indifference to winning.

But you and your family can bank a ton of cash when public builds you a stadium.

Still can't get over the Play call last week on 4th down.

Which one?!

Every game there are just MIND-BOGGLING decisions, usually a multitude of them, coming in the most important moments of the game. And they have almost ALWAYS ended up wrong this season. Say whatever you want about talent or lack of talent on the team, but the decision making itself has literally been a season’s worth of all the wrong the moves to boot.

You just know that all the injuries will be used as an excuse to run it back with most of the same coaching staff.
They can’t if they don’t go 2-4 or better down the stretch. I don’t care if there are injuries. You can’t finish the season 2-15 and say you’re building toward something good.

We’ve had a five-game losing streak and could be in the midst of another. Can’t say that zero percent of that is coaching.

Whether you agree with this or not, this is exactly what’s going to happen.
The o-line coach should be cut as well as our special team coach.
That’s the most that’s going to happen.
