I actually live in the Phoenix city limits and it says I cannot watch based upon location.

Suns look like they're playing at half speed and don't care that much. Could just be something they started doing, I've only been watching for a few minutes but they have Ayton, Frank, Cam, Booker, and Rubio on the court.
