Because it will be a cold day in hell before we have 4 HOF fame players on offense in their prime on the roster at the same time again.

How did he do in Tennessee?

Whiz screwed up going to TN. No one, not even Belichick could win without a QB. He really should have taken the Detroit gig instead. If your reasoning is that he won because of talent alone, then why give any coach credit for winning??

6 seasons overall. 4 with winning records and only one losing season. Not to mention he took over a colts team coming off a 2 win season and led them to the playoffs and then took the cardinals from 5 to 10 wins in his first season here in what may have been the best division ever in 2013. Crazy that we've come to criticizing the best coach the cardinals have had in AZ by far especially with what we're left with now.
OK, so he was the smartest kid in special class. And don't give too much credence to the Colts' 2 win season as they were a 10 win team the previous year then lost a hall of fame QB to injury only to tank in 2011. Not a stretch to take the best QB in the draft and win 11 games, especially in a perennially weak division like the AFC South. That said, winning in the regular season is all well and good but when you can only produce 1 playoff win it's the proverbial kissing your sister. Whiz, by comparison, only won 9 games in 2008 and yet had us within 35 seconds from winning the Super Bowl. So, who had the more successful coaching run?

To be fair, once Warner was gone, we saw what Whiz could do with essentially no QB. This was both he and Graves' fault. He never developed Leinart and never did anything to bring in an heir apparent to Warner. In essence, he and BA both failed in this aspect.

whiz had a hall of fame QB and a much easier division and conference to play through. Got to host an NFC championship game with a 9 win team while Arians had to go on the road for the NFC title with a 13 win team. Not to mention the 2014 11 win team lost Palmer for season and could have done a lot more damage in the playoffs otherwise. Not taking anything away from Whiz but man a coach like Arians in that weak of a division (2006-2010 range especially) would have been great, they would have dominated in my opinion.

Would have, should have, could have. And I agree with much of what you stated. But, unfortunately, injuries derailed it all.
