OT: MNF & Chinese Democracy

Was I hallucinating or did I see a commmercial for G'nR's "Chinese Democracy", allegedly coming out on 11/23, during the 2nd qtr?

I heard the first release, Chinese Democracy, on the Opie & Anthony show a couple weeks ago. I guess Axel is in need of money. Sounded decent. Hard to reclaim what GNR had back in the day.
