Leinart looks excellent so far with 3 tds 200 yards in just a little more then a quarter of work, against a very very good D. He is really showing me something today, so far.

White is the complete opposite and showing me nothing, so far.

Bush and peterson look completly average at best so far.

DT/DE Shaun Cody is a freak in both rushing the passer and stopping the run so far.

Other then that nothing else really got my attention.

I have to agree that Leinart and Cody (USC) are making themselves some money so far. I think Patterson has been dominating at DT for USC. Watch him, he just eats up blockers.

I wouldn't read too much into how Bush and Peterson are doing in this game. Both defenses are clearly overplaying them.

Of this, I already was aware.

Cody is a monster..I wasn't quite aware of this, but he's a player...

I thought USC would win this game easily...but not THIS easily...

Peterson can't do a damn thing against the USC defense, and the Sooner D can't even begin to stop the USC offense.

They lost soph WR Whitney Lewis too, suspended then kicked off team. he was higher regarded than Steve Smith when recruited.

I kept hearing everyone rip apart the pac 10 for their bowl game efforts, so even though I like OU, this is kind of satisfying somehow.

I know you're really disappointed, but you have to expect some knocks on your team when they're getting blown out. I was hoping for a game like Ohio St.-Miami, so I'm disappointed too.

I grew up an OU fan and a UCLA fan, Barry Switzer kind of ruined it for me.

Interesting tid bit from the announcers saying that Leinart was leaning torwards staying at USC rather than going pro this year. I know he said that at the Heisman trophy presentation but I'm not so sure that when the temptation of being a top 5 pick comes that he'll be able to say no.
