One thing I can't believe is how badly Colts fans want to fire Shane Steichen and their GM

Shane was running the best offense in football with Daniel Jones until Jones fractured his leg, and their roster is absolutely stacked outside of QB. The main reason? Its year 3 and they didn't win a playoff game. Nothing else matters besides the arbitrary deadline.

I can't tell if you are being hyperbolic with this or if it is real?

Shanahan: After his 1st year he has had years of 4-12, 6-10, 6-11, with huge losing streaks at the end of the season. All of these bad years were driven by huge injury pileups.
McVay: 5-12 after the superbowl win. Again, huge injury pileup.
Yeah, but you said it... two of Shanahan's 6-win seasons came after Super Bowl appearances, and McVay's lone bad season came after his second Super Bowl appearance and a Lombardi trophy. They had already proven that they're great coaches.

This season's masterpiece by Gannon comes after another 4-win season and an 8-9 season.

Someone just find me an example of a head coach going 15-36 his first three seasons and working out in the long run.
The best I could find was a coach who went 36-44 in Cleveland and was ran out of town to go on to win 6 SBs. I'd take 36-44 at this point! HA

Monti drafting so good his 2025 draft picks (Johnson and Burke) putting his 2024 draft picks (Melton and Elijah Jones) on the bench.
Monti's inability to solve the CB room despite using a lot of premium assets to attempt to do so is one of the most glaring examples of his inability to build a roster.

All three of those clowns are still employed as of today??? Guess they are hanging on to secure the final loss of the season.

Also Gannon’s background is DBs. Lots of weird stuff going on with this team that’s flying under the radar because local press don’t care.

What is going on with Evan Brown?

An issue with the CBs I'm sure of is that they can't play with proper technique because of the lack of pass rush and the terrible LB play. They are playing off so they don't give up big plays and giving up space underneath that is too much for the bad LBs to cover. People will say they should not give up that space then but that leads to them being more exposed in deep coverage because there is little pressure applied to the QB. Like most things on this team, there is no continuity between units which leads to a lack of complementary football.
