Those dropped passes would’ve helped us today. I’m not sure what else you want from Murray today. I’ll happily jump on the fudge Murray bandwagon but today is not the day.
If one of em makes the catch and scores it’s still only 20pts scored again. And he’s the guy that commanded the 4 double digit play drives to a total of 6pts in the first half. Hes mid. And when you factor his choking he’s just bad. A mid QB that chokes in big games.

We should have won this game Cheese. We should be the worst 3-0 team in the history of football.

Before the fateful throw to Z. Jones, you typed a post that I agreed with. Something along the lines of "this is where a great QB makes a play to win his team the game".

K1 did his part on that play man. Agree? What more do you want from him? Other than to make the play that wins the game?
Play well enough not to be in a semi-desperate position depending on a single play. Score more than 20, 20, and 13 points.

He is the one constant. He is a mid NFL QB. That makes the offensive ceiling also mid.
Nah… you can have a good offense if everything else around the QB is good or special. Problem is EVERYTHING on offense is mid AT BEST. Harrison is beyond mid. Conner, love his toughness as I did, was pretty mid, play calling is mid at best. O-line was good last year, this year can pass block, not run block… mid at best. And the play-calling is mid at best.

The only Bona fide GOOD player we have is TE.

Kyler had a lot of time today.

he did I'm talking about running the ball. I think PJJ is key for the pass game but we HAVE to run the ball better. More than 20% of our rushing yards is 2 runs by Benson. By RB's almost half our yards is 2 runs. The OL has to be able to run against Seattle if we have to sit back and throw their DL will kill us. Their DL dominated us last year when our OL was playing better

Those plays were on the same drive… so that gives us a whopping 17 if either catches the ball since we got a FG anyway and a TD would only be 7 more.

Yay. 17 points!
Ugh, I forgot we got the fg. You’re right. The ceiling today was 17. And that’s only in the multiverse. So even if you want to credit Kyler with the multiverse TD, he’s scored 20, 20, and 17 this season.

Except we’re not.

On that play sure… but that wouldn’t have taken away the overall point that he was beyond mid again today and that this offense is stuck in mud. Which is for a variety of reasons.

Here’s where I stand on Kyler. He neither lifts nor sinks this team. He’s beyond mid just like everything else about them.

I can live with that.

Lost in all of this is that neither today nor this Thursdays game were/are must wins.

The next must win game is week five vs. TEN. Even if SEA routes us, beat TEN in week five, and we sit at 3-2, at least with the chance to figure things out as we go through the rest of a long season.

Hang in there.

Even terrible franchises find their guy. The lions found stafford eventually. Cindy found burrow (though injuries may derail that). We can dream.
I’m talking about the 15-17 years part lol.

These modern QBs get hurt too much for that.

17, fair enough!

That would have been one more point than the 49ers scored today. :)

Yeah not going to happen. Seems we lost the best coach on the staff to Dallas.

Demercado doesn't drop, Harriosn doesn't drop that ends up a lot more than 13. But, it is what it is. Unless we trade for that horrible human Tyreke, this is our team.

After watching today's performance I actually like the idea of taking a gamble on Tyreek. At the very least he'd be drawing alot of double teams.

I promise you Kyler performs better at his job than you do at yours
You are an idiot. I am Josh Allen level at mine. You my friend are probably unemployed and living in your mother’s basement. I live in San Diego and make a multiple six figure salary.
