I love the cornbread more than anything. The past few ST that I went to, had absolutely no meat for their salad buffet, and used imitation bacon bits. I was very disappointed.

Pepperoni, ham, and real bacon on a salad =

Their soups are great, I love the chicken noodle one.

First thing I do is make a beeline for the chicken soup with those big, fat noodles...yum. Cornbread...yum... I'm waiting for them to come back with the salmon fettucine...it was to die for!

Big, fat noodles and huge chunks of white meat....throw some salt and pepper on it....damn, now I'm craving ST.

Ok, everyone mark your calendars...second Friday in August. Linda, now that you'll be living closer to civilization - no excuses.
August 10th. I'm there. I DID mark my calendar!

From a January press release:

Whether guests are in the mood for a hot breakfast, cool salad or both, the new “Sunday Morning Menu” will satisfy any craving. The menu includes Sweet Tomatoes' regular favorites including an expansive salad bar and made-from-scratch soups, plus the following: Zucchini Egg Frittata; fresh made Belgian Waffles; French Toast with Fruit Topping; Potatoes O’Brien (Country Potatoes with peppers, onions and a pinch of spice); Egg Scramble Focaccia with Bacon, Mushrooms, Tomatoes and Cheese; Mediterranean Pasta with Feta Cheese, Tomatoes, Onions, Spinach, Fresh Basil and Scrambled Eggs Tossed Over Linguini; Tom’s Country Gravy with Biscuits; Homemade Oatmeal with Brown Sugar, Cinnamon and Raisins; Fresh Fruit and Yogurt; Scrambled Eggs; and Homemade Cinnamon Chip Biscuits with Butter Cream Glaze; and make your own Breakfast Burritos.

It's good stuff.

I will tell you - at the Southern and McClintock location - there are no soups available from 9-12. They put breakfast items where the soup is normally located.
