I hope that isn't true.

We basically burnt this franchise to the ground to trade for him, and if he can't spend 1 year on a team he doesn't like that just made it to the WCF that shows a really high level of selfishness. If that is true and I was in charge I would tell him - guess what I am vetoing a trade to any of your preferred destinations.

You either go where you don't want to or you sit at home this year.
nobody is sitting kd for a year especially the phoenix suns - kd will be traded - there's going to be lots of moving parts involved - every time your offer gets better you have to go back to the other interested teams and ask if they want up their offer - draft schmaft - we have to start thinking long term at some point - this means getting everything humanly possible for kd - shouldn't be a time limit on that - getting a draft pick this year isn't more important than that -

Why not?

Based on the garbage being offered to us and the fact we are not going to compete this year under any circumstances, why not make a stand that players don't always get their way.

Got an alert saying Durant Vetoed a trade that would of sent him to Minnesota

Don’t know it’s it’s true or not

First the Warriors now the Wolves. Who else does he say no to? Raptors? Sounds like he's trying to force his way to Texas.

Even in trying to move KD, KD still ruining this franchise.

Yup you can sit out but you aren’t going to hold me hostage.

Miami did everyone a favor by sitting Jimmy Butler last year. The Suns should sit KD if he wants to try playing hardball.

That didn't work out so well for the Heat.

Being an NBA insider can be tiring. There are three other videos. The fourth is below.

I like the third video that discusses Devin Booker.

I'd say it did. They got players they wanted out of it and it didn't hurt their reputation around the league. KD actually wants to go there, which proves it didn't hurt their standing with players around the league.

We can argue how much it helped them but they made the best of a bad situation without any long lasting damage.

I hope we are not saying this after the Durant trade.

I'm already there. The damage is done, IMO. Now it's time to make the best of a bad situation. We're trying to claw our way out of the hole the initial trade put us in. It'll be a while before we're out regardless.

The Suns need a Larry Nance type trade. Can they find one?

Nothing will happen today with the NBA finals going on in indy. Interestingly HC Ime Udoka had has contract extended with the Houston Rockets today. He really likes and wants KD. Don't be surprised if KD is traded there this weekend. They have the players and draft picks that can make this work.

If they’re looking for a Larry Nance type trade, they need to trade a Larry Nance type player. That’s Booker, not an old KD on a one year.

They keep floating the rumor, it could be a smoke screen of course, that they don't want to blow up their roster just to get KD.

I should become "Hoop from Havasu" because I've said the same with nothing more than a buddy who hangs out in Waffle House.

Flex looks tired. I think he just returned from a trip and his followers have worn him down.

I like it… Hoop from Havasu.
