If this kid had just taken accountability and taken the situation and rehab seriously...not sue the NCAA, etc...The NFL would have probably allowed him into a supplemental draft. All of his actions, though, have run counter to anyone who shows real remorse for their actions.

what did they expect?? The entire system has been telling these kids they can do whatever the hell they want without repercussions for decades,..and since each of them were about 12 years old.
This was bound to happen sooner or later... all the "Official Authorities" are just taking this opportunity to make an example out of a kid to reinforce their authority...
because we all know there is no way he is the first.
He was just dumb enough to let it go public...and in the NFL thats a bigger sin than the gambling.
