I keep hoping the Suns can pull a rabbit out of a hat, even if it seems hopeless. Guess that's what fans do.

Are you buying a season ticket package or planning to go to the games?

Yeah, half season still. Went from 4 tickets per game to 2 though.

Suns related. I think I’m going to get Sirius XM radio sometime soon so I can follow this season.

No League Pass? You're out of market entirely now so you can get it and watch all the games. They're available on-demand as well.

I like radio coverage for basketball but if the price is similar between the two then I'd go with the full package.

I dunno. I watch a lot of hockey too. So that factors into my budget.

Show how old YOU are by double posting. ;)

Years ago I used to double post all the time, then go back and clean it up, because I didn't think the first post took.

Back then, I blamed it on a slow internet. For some reason now, it doesn't seem to happen.

It looks like Ryan Dunn and Oso Ighodaro are already looking ahead to their preseason schedule by visiting Hong Kong.

They will play two preseason games against the Nets in Macao, China on October 10th and 12th.

He's got to come back to the States for media day and camp though and then head back, I guess.

The Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury will remain free on television.

It will be televised on Arizona's Family (channel 3), through the 2027-28 season.

-----------------------------------

BY KEVIN ZIMMERMAN ArizonaSports.com editor:

The extension is worth more than $30 million per year, according to ESPN’s Brian Windhorst, which has made up for the money Suns owner Mat Ishbia admitted he left on the table by moving to the over-the-air broadcasts that also has a subscription streaming option.

At the link above, HoopsHype lists the contracts for Damion Baugh, David Duke Jr and Tyrese Samuel as Exhibit 10 contracts.

David Duke, Jr. unfortunate name.
Yes, I immediately thought the same thing, while not being silly enough to suppose he's related to the racist and petty criminal David Duke. The man is black and his parents are from Liberia. Ehh, he probably wants to be called Dave, or not use the suffix Jr.

I'm not sure I agree with a lot of this.

I think swapping Brooks and Dunn makes sense. Although I wouldn't be shocked if Brooks and O'Neale start at F.

Maluach as the 4th string C is laughable. There is no way he should be behind Oso and Richards.

The Suns look to be small at both forward positions to start the season. Hopefully, one of Nigel Hayes-Davis or Rasheer Fleming step up to the plate later on.

I was hoping the Suns could sign a player like Achiuwa to give them more size at power forward.

Let's wait and see how ready the young man is. If you compared how Maluach and Oso did in summer league it is not crystal clear.

Richards isn't good and Oso isn't really ready for big minutes either. I saw Summer League but I also recognize how disjointed SL is. I don't put much stock in it outside of guard play because it's largely ISO ball.

This. I don't know that Maluach should be ahead of Richards. At least I didn't see anything that would solidify that.
