Like the rest of us, I was pretty disappointed in Cason's play early in the year, training camp, etc. Considering the odds and the position he was placed in this past week, he came out playing hard. 2 INT's, one to arguably win the game.

Watched this presser and I came away impressed. Guy just wants to play ball. IMO he did his part and has earned a chance to get some playing time in Powers gig. Thought he did well all things considered..

Thoughts?

I would try to resign him. But I have enough confidence in BASK, to be satisfied with their decision. Also, I understand that even if we try, that doesn't mean that we'll be successful. That's just the world of Free Agency.
