This is the kind of game that if we lose it helps us 2 ways

Draft position and moves the Rams down

This team is not playing any kind of defense

Tackling is an option and that is usually a sign that the team has quit on the coaching staff

Giving up 40 or more in 4 of the last 6 games

I expect the Falcons to score a lot of points

Now about the offense

The Oline is in shambles and has very little push on run plays and weak at best pass blocking

Our RB room is decimated

Again JB will have to get rid of the ball quick and that's not his strength

ST's have been getting worse so not much to count on there

I'll be watching no matter what because that's what I do

Go Cardinals!

FRIDAY REPORT

It appears that Marvin Harrison Jr. will play this weekend against the Falcons. Although he is listed as questionable to play, the wide receiver told media that his heel is good enough to play with.

The Cardinals ruled out left guard Evan Brown (NIR-Personal), left tackle Paris Johnson Jr. (knee), safety Jalen Thompson (hamstring), and cornerbacks Max Melton (heel) and Darren Hall (concussion). Rookie Josh Fryar will likely earn his second start against Atlanta. The Cardinals will continue to lean on Jon Gaines II at left guard.

With the news that Thompson is out, there's a chance Dadrion Taylor-Demerson makes his return to the starting lineup. Taylor-Demerson, questionable to play this weekend, has missed the last five games due to an ankle injury. The other players questionable are wide receiver Xavier Weaver (hamstring), linebacker Cody Simon (knee/ankle), and defensive lineman L.J. Collier (knee).

The Cardinals would need to activate Collier to the 53-man roster by Saturday afternoon.

Wide receiver Drake London (knee), edge rusher James Pearce Jr. (foot), and defensive lineman Brandon Dorlus (illness/shoulder) are questionable to play. Cornerback Mike Hughes (ankle) and wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge (shoulder) were ruled out.

Players and coaches don’t tank but this is a must lose.

- Top-3 pick to get a QB or close to trade up
- Smoke out the entire staff by losing out (not beating @Cincy/@Rams)
- Hurt the Rams pick

I don’t even think that’s why we’re going to win. We’re going to win because it’s the best way to screw our future twice in one game… possibly even 3 times if it gives Bidwill ANY excuse to keep Coach Roy.
Yup, there is that too….

I guess Gaines will get the start again so will keep an eye on him.

And I know we won't, but anybody else wish we would shut down Big Play Trey for the year? I hate to see him taking big shots in these meaningless games...

I’m going against him in my Fantasy playoffs tomorrow, so yes… that would be fine with me!

I'd be fine with that with that if he didn't have a realistic shot at another tight end receiving record or two.

I hope the Cardinals win, just to save face and their fanbase. As for hoping they lose to improve their draft prospects and be a winner... I think that's ridiculous. History shows that draft position alone isn't a saving grace. Go Cards!

I want the team to get blown out, I don’t want there to be any doubt about this coaching staffs future.

This means we will likely win and hear all week about how solid that locker room is, the “no quit” culture that has been built and it’s a testament to the coaching staff that they fought through with nothing to play for…blah blah blah.

Seems like the last few years at this point in the schedule the roster is similar to the preseason camp roster before cuts.
