Chicago got an absolute gift on a long PI call that should have never been called.

CB has his head turned to the ball, on a short throw, and is playing on the ball...almost intercepts it and is called for PI. Unreal call...put the ball on the 5 or so and Chicago scored. I hate when a bad throw + a good defensive play = Refs Screwing it Up.
