Back in 2013 the Cards welcomed a rag tag Florida International squad into Papa’s house under the Charlie Strong regime, and the first half was…..well, an absolute beatdown. Dominque Brown led the highlight plays of the half with a 77 yard rumble setting up a one yard score on the next play. But quite literally the entire offense was getting in on the action. By the time the halftime clock struck zero all in attendance knew this was going to continue to get ugly, and the officials even implemented a “controversial” running clock in the second half.
