I don’t even believe Kyler was faultless & am ready to move on, but if you think he was the main problem today then the hatred is strong.
No doubt- he wasn’t the biggest problem and to his credit he delivered that ball to MHJ and jones where they should have caught it.

That said he has zero clutch factor, constantly getting balls batted down, 90% of his passes are check downs and can never move the ball in a crucial moment. Without defensive heroics this team would be 0-3 if left up to Kyler. We need a QB that can step in and win games. Petzing/kyler need to go

He wasn’t the main problem. But he’s still the QB that had four double digit play drives in the first half that lead to 6 points and only 13 points overall. He’s definitely PART of the problem.

But the biggest problems were dropped passes. Btw, along those lines, didn’t MHJ have the pass in his hands in the endzone when they called PI against Zay jones that got the ball down to the 1? And he dropped that too, right? At this point I’m just about at MHJ sucks too.

Mac Jones outplayed Kyler. This doesn’t surprise me
Exactly. So why not start Brissett at this point? Not saying our receivers helped. But Kyler has looked like complete garbage this season. Not a single sign of being decent. He can scramble. That’s it. And that play on him should have been a safety. He got lucky. Or the game would have been over sooner. How ANYONE could be a Murray boot licker at this point…. After 7 years….. is beyond me.

Overreaction time. That loss just kept them out of the playoffs. We already knew the games were gonna get harder. They just lost what little margin they had.
Nah, just started them on the way toward their 6-11 (maybe 5-12) season.

3 games in and they don't pass the eyeball test anyhow...that can change, but they are what they are. Meh.

Hey, it could be worse. We could be the Packers questioning everything after their loss today. Haha

i dont know what game some people were watching -- but QB play was pretty low on the list of problems today

no running game. 4 3rd and shorts in a row and the same dive play called.

WRs who cant hang on to passes in critical situations.
That has never stopped the haters before.

I can’t believe Jones and Marv and DMerc can’t hang on to footballs.

Then add in our OC is terrible and the DC has played so soft at the end of games for 3 games now.

It’s a problem

On the last drive, disaster/confusing run by K1 like they didn’t even know what the play call was.

Second down, an obvious run to the right which the 9ers overloaded that side of the field. Forced into an obvious 3rd down situation. If they pass on first or second we probably get a first down and the game is over. The staff is not willing to try and win the game. Completely afraid of risk. Just terrible game by JG. Sure the WRs suck, and Demercado for that matter, but you have to try and win the game. At what point are they going to “learn” their lesson? Get ready for the same crap post game presser by JG…”I need to coach better” crap

Won't go that far but it makes the Thur game close to a must win which is crazy this early. Can't have 2 division losses this early gotta win Thur night which seems pretty unlikely.

So mad at Marv and De Mercado, the first drop was a huge play maybe a TD and Demercado was a sure TD
I’m an optimist but this team isn’t beating Seattle. So at 2-2 does that change your view on playoffs? We all knew they had to stack wins in the first half, like 7-1 kinda stacking to have a chance.

Ah that’s actually a good team. But yeah, we’re officially screwed now. They just couldn’t have lost this game, but they did. It will absolutely haunt them later.

For the team maybe. I’ve made peace with the fact this team isn’t good. This is a good loss. Helps us get a higher pick to replace Murray. Sorry crimson.

Luckily, you are not our GM.

What is much more likely is that:

1. DP will be replaced either mid-season or after the season.

2. The Cardinals will retain Murray and go all in on offense similar to what the did on defense this past offseason.

We never beat Seattle at home.

But then Green Bay lost at Cleveland today and it is a short week. I am not betting on us but Seattle is beatable. Far from certain we are the team that will do it this week.

Who knows, maybe Petzing feels the hot seat and decided to pass 50 times…About the only way I can see a win. That feels impossible.

Petzing should be fired tonight. Trying to run the clock running Murray and Benson up the middle, throw the f-ing ball!
Where the hell is the great pass rush, 1 sack today in the 1st period.
The OL can't run block this year, has to be the new OL coach.
The team is a complete mess.
Maybe the Dolphins will fire McDaniel; if he gets fired the Cards have to get him quickly!

Well, if it was only so easy. The QB class this year is not off to a very good start. We draft one of them high, it's back to rebuild mode.

Probably the best chance would be to find the next Daniel Jones or Sam Darnold. Like we did with Palmer and Warner. I have no clue who, and I do not think it is Brissett.

Not only are Nabers, BTJ, & Ladd better than Marvin

But Pearsall & Odunze are better as well.

Marv is not even a top 5 WR in his OWN class.

Nope. And the crazy thing is he’s not even CLOSE to those guys.

I mean… it’s not like he’s going out there and dropping the WIDE OPEN bomb and then coming back and making that HUGE catch in the end zone to make the argument that he’s up and down… because he had a chance to redeem himself there and make a somewhat tough but huge catch and dropped that too.

It’s bizarre how mid he is… and I’ll be honest, with the way he just keeps dropping EASILY caught balls, is he even really mid?
