I can see Russ ending up in Chicago. Billy Donovan has coached him before and had the most success of any of Russ' coaches. Chicago needs a point guard as Lonzo is always injured and Russ is better than Alex Caruso.

Personally, I wouldn't want Westbrook anywhere near this team. He seems to have totally checked out unless the ball is in his hands, and when the ball is in his hands he is super inefficient.
