How is the Suns' training and medical staff in recent years? The reason Grant Hill came here in the late 2000s is partly because he knew the staff could maintain his ankles. But that was many years ago.

If the staff is as good as back then, I'm betting that it can make Mark Williams somewhat less injury-prone.

I dont like out staff, we've had a poor record the last 10 years imo

I haven't been following the dates when Suns rookies signed, but this is something to think about.

It appears a rookie can be traded, 30 days after signing.

Tweet from Keith Smith.

I'd be pissed if we traded our rookies.

Everyone knows Michael Jordan's iconic trademark.

After that shot, shouldn't Devin go with:

I could see that on the side of a sneaker.

It was his bobble head last year or the year before.

Gerald Bourguet gives a good take about the Suns moves on day 1 of the 2025 NBA Draft.

What do you guys make of this Trae Young crap PHNX is starting to push?

I guess that would be a Jalen Green deal? I don't know I think I might prefer Green. They are saying you should throw in Dunn to.

They are saying it would be our own Cleveland type back court. I don't think Trae is a winning type player.

I guess they have to talk about something.

Eddie Johnson talks about the Trae Young situation in the tweet below, but I suppose one can never rule out a trade.

In 2021 he was bonkers but he's fallen off hard.

IMO, he's a high floor, low ceiling type player. If he's healthy, at worst, you're a play in team... you're also probably at best the 6th seed. He is just way too ball dominant to have the team achieve anything above the level he is playing at... and that is on offense, as a defender he might as well not be on the court.

He's much better than Green though, I don't think it's remotely close.

On offense Young is better than Green. Green is better then Young (who is a turn stile) on defense. If we are supposed to be such a defense dominant team, how does he fit that mold? Glad it's only PHNX dreaming up this stuff. If Gerald Bourget would leave PHNX, I would have no reason to watch ANY of their stuff.

I don't see why Atlanta makes the deal without picks. Id.gladly swap Green and filler but our defense would be atrocious. We'd be more competitive but our ceiling would would be 2nd round exits.

This is so strange. Trae Young has perhaps the most empty stats in the entire league, moreso than Jalen Green, for sure.

Put Trae Young in a tough defensive team and he might flourish. Pairing him with Booker into a team with no identity and you will have another disaster.

Young is a guy I always imagined would eventually end up with Lakers. I wouldn't at all be surprised if a Doncic-Young pairing happens after Lebron is gone.
