That is what Scott Skiles does. He will get all he can out of you until the message is lost by pushing too hard for too long and he then gets fired. Brandon Jennings needed that type of coach as his first NBA coach. My guess is that the Bucks will make the playoffs and will struggle at the begining of next season and he will be fired all while Brandon Jennings is becoming a All Star.
