I like how Cowherd gave logical reasons for his evaluations. The Heat should be rated higher IMO.

If we get Frank back and CP3 is healthy go into the playoffs? That will be all you could really ask for. I would have doubts though that Monty would play Frank much. Not only because of the last playoff run but because of how much time he has missed. He at least would be an option though which you can't dismiss.
