I'm sorry to hear they're shutting down.

I like that bass. Do you know if they happen to have any acoustic/electric basses?

My daughter got her first axe for Christmas...been considering getting myself one so we can jam,.....also thought maybe a djembe would be better... always something else coming up though...

You can get a cheap acoustic, its fun to play with the kids. That or get something like a conga drum and you can keep beat for her while she plays.

Thats a sweet drum, thankfully none for sale on craigslist.

Cajons come up quite a bit on CL.

I can't help but notice you've got your eye on The List. I believe that may be the first symptom of GAS. ;)

I just looked up Du Hast. Ima try to go in the garage and learn it tonight. Seems easy enough and just played with it a little bit with my buddies fender we have at work. Figure Ill plug in the drum kit and let the kids bang on that while I jam Rammstein :)

That should be a good test for your palm-muting technique!

Yeah not sure I have that part down yet :) Work in progress.

Pretty easy song to play. I only got about 15 minutes in but almost got the song down in that time. Need to play with everything as my sound isnt much like the sound in the song.
