You could also say Peterson made the wrong read after seeing the hole was closed and should have gone right (to the right of Shipley) where it appears there was enough daylight to pick up the first down.

You could also say, if Blaine Gabbert had simply fallen forward (which SHOULD have been the call here) he would have had the First Down easily. It was a bad play call, and all the backfilling and fingerpointing by the coaches isn't going to change that.

Looks like Reader crashed right down on Boone. It's not like he had a choice of guys he felt like blocking.

I agree with Gabbert's size it should have been a QB sneak. Would have been a very easy first down.
