Neither are good. Keim was a crap person by the end of his tenure but unquestionably is a better GM than Monti who is awful. Worst GM in the NFL. Probably worst GM in franchise history.

Said the same thing months ago.

MO is on another level of awful. This off season has been a masterclass in ineptitude at the most important position in sports.

I'll go with the DUI count. It wasn't the DUI actually that got me but the lying and name dropping on the police body cam footage. I realize it's a business where you have to be that kind of a person but my God what a doucher

Cards 2025 defenses allowed the most points in franchise history.

The OBVIOUS solution to this was to let four of their top 12 players by snap count leave and replace them with… ??????

Also use your top three draft picks on offensive players

Good work, well done. Let’s get that extension ironed out.

Last year Monti drafted the WR of decade. This year he drafted the RB of the decade. Next year he will draft the QB of the decade. The 2030s will be the decade of the Cardinals with multiple Super Bowl wins. The future is bright.

Monti has done 1 good move. He signed Josh Sweat, who may want to be traded.

Tell me 1 other good thing that's worked out for him.
How can people support him? He's learning???? GMAFB. NFL GMs don't learn. They're ready.

I'm as big a Marv fan as anyone but he hasn't remotely performed to a high level. Maybe that's because of Monti's coaching hires.

I have a very good feeling about MHJ this year. He's healthy again and will have a QB that will be able to actually see the field with his eyes. Don't know who that QB is yet or how good he'll be but I think Marv will look more like the player we hoped he'd be.

I was all in for Harrison Jr. Was all in for Love too. I agree with this post and a lot forget it's a new offense in town along with Mr shorty gone

Keim's fingerprints are nearly completely gone from this team - in a very short amount of time. This article is from just last year.

Update to this year, only 4 Keim draft picks are still on our roster (and at least one is not for long):

Kyler Murray, Trey McBride, Zaven Collins, and Jalen Thompson.
So our best player lol

Paris Johnson
Garrett Williams
Mike Wilson
Dante Stills
Tip Reiman
DTD
Walter Nolan
Will Johnson
Jordan Burch
Cody Simon
Denzel Burke

All of them have been very strong draft picks.

Williams
Stills
Nolan
Johnson
DTD
Burke

All have been exceptional for their draft position.

Sweat
Tomlinson
Campbell
Brissett

All great moves in FA

Locking up McBride is something the Cardinals could have/would have effed up many times with other GM’s.
Not a single pro bowler drafted lol

Monti supporters better savor the next eight or nine games.

Because there is no universe where this defensive roster keeps him employed beyond that.

Keim was much worse.

He essentially put Monti or whoever took this job behind a couple years. Obviously Kyler being injured (not his QB) and Gannon being inept (Monti deserves blame for this) doesnt help.

Still the organization suffers from the moves Keim did and didnt make till this day.

Good luck Monti.

Don't forget keeping the DC!
