Denver is a beautiful city. What are you talking about?

The fans are a different story, but the city is one of the prettiest around.

No its not.. Not unless you like winding roads that make your trip take twice as long with trash all over the curbs.. The buildings are eye sights..

Maybe the snow caused you blindness and you never actually saw the city..

I was born there. Is this another one of your Anthem views of the city?

I agree with DCR. Denver (and most of Colorado) is beautiful and one of the 4-5 places in the US I would live.

Off the top of my head;

1. Anthem (or Phoenix Metro), Arizona
2. Denver, CO
3. Portland, OR
4. San Diego, CA
5. Boise, ID

X. New York City (if I had a lot of money)
X. Los Angeles (if I had a lot of money)

I agree with 2 and 4 from your list. Not sure about the others. Denver is a pretty expensive city to live in as well.

I've been, I think, about 10 times, usually for 4-7 days. My buddy's family lives there and he'll probably move back soon, so I would already know people.

What specifically dont you like about it? It is neat, being a high plain and all. Close to snowboarding, good sporting venues (Coors is #2 on my list of MLB stadiums I've been too), great microbreweries, a downtown the kills anything we have anywhere in Arizona and four seasons.

4-7 days isnt any real amount of time in my book.. And all the reasons you said you liked it, I despise it for.. But the people there, the people are the #1 reason I hate Denver..

I have no real feeling on Denver one way or another as I've never lived there and only visited it for about an hour driving through and stopping at a couple of stores.

Denver could be great or it could be a hellhole...I have no clue. And their sports teams...meh, whatever. I don't really think about them too much...

I guess I have a generally meh attitude about Denver...but Fat Tire is brewed not far from there so that's a positive.

Well, he did say 10 times, so it is more like 40-70 days in Denver.

I wonder if he knows any things to do in denver when your dead though?

Yeah, Phoenix, city by a desert, isn't dirty. Come on now. Chicago in the summer more than makes up for the winters.
