I've tried my hardest to forget Happiness, but there's a scene where a 11-year-old boy wakes up sick and spews up ... stuff an 11-year-old boy probably shouldn't even know exists. Knowing what we know leading up to that moment, it ranks as No. 1 by a country mile as the creepiest moment I've ever seen on film.

No. 2, distantly, might be every moment Bill Paxton is on the screen in Frailty.

The scene in that Naomi Watts movie when that girl crawls out of the tv set.

The scene in Sixth Sense when the boy with head wound chases the kid to his makeshift tent.

Ring and Sixth Sense.

IT used to FREAK me out as a kid.

Curb Smiley - American History X. Might not be the same type of "creepy," but it STILL creeps me out.

There's a scene in the Shinning where Jack sees a couple of people in a room wearing some kind of animal masks. For some reason that scene creeps me out.

Seeing the ads for the TV-editted version of Carrie on WGN when I was 11 scared the bujueezus out of me.

ReAnimator. The scene where the one guy holds the other guy's head in his hands and approaches the girl screaming on the operating table. As he approaches her lower body, licks his lips....EWWWW!!! CREEPY!!

That was actually the same guy. His headless body was holding his severed head to umm...give head(?)

Call me crazy. But that movie does nothing for me in the scare department. I dont know why. It just doesnt.

It isn't a "scary" movie.

It is a disturbing movie, though.

Yep, its just like the curb smiley isn't scary. I can't stand to watch it, so that counts to me.

The castration scene in Hard Candy is exceedingly creepy. For those of you that didn't see it--14 yr old borderline sociopath straps pedophile photographer to a table and removes his testicles while reading aloud the directions from a medical book...he's fully conscious.

I love Indiana Jones movies but HATE whenever there are snakes in the scene. Especially the one where the snakes are on the train. Eeek.

That was crazy!! The mental game she played on him was even worse.

Ah yes...before Ellen Page had Juno, she was that chick in Hard Candy.
