I would rather have Brissett playing than Murray. We have a better chance of winning with Brissett.
Do we? I'm all for JB playing the rest of the way and officially close the door on KM, but we have a single win when Kyler doesn't play since JG took over this team. Its not a small sample size either

JG Record - 14-26

Kyler - 13-17
Josh Dobbs - 1-7
JB - 0-1
Tune 0-1

Is there any other possible result today other than Jacoby "Pass the BBQ Sauce" Brissett throwing for 300+ and 2TDs in a close loss? :)

It's our destiny.

Wow, I hate to give it up to myself, but I spoke this into reality.

Guess I'll be changing my avatar catch phrase line thingy pretty soon, because after today there's no universe where I start K1 over Brissett.

It's just wouldn't be fair to the other players on offense, or to DP.

You’re acting as if MHJ is already on the level of Justin Jefferson and Puka Nacua.

Zay Jones was still getting more targets when MHJ was in the game.

How does this not concern you?

You know how hated Kyler is(I understand) when the fanbase is happy despite the loss because of Jacoby’s performance & not the defense being awful with a defensive-background HC lmaooo

Colts have been buzzsawing teams all season. Everyone thought we'd be destroyed, instead scored highest points of the season and had a legit chance to upset on the road.

How many of those teams have defensive-background coaches as their HC?

Gannon is getting away with a lot here because everyone wants to get rid of Kyler ASAP.

Like what?

Looked like the same to me
I’m not gonna sit here and recall or say what was different it’s too hard to remember. And I’m not gonna defend Kylers play either.

You watched the game & if you didn’t see some different play calling & a different schematically designed plays then I don’t know what to tell you. Whether it’s was fear of his job, Kyler or inserting a new QB Uncle Fester called a more aggressive & creative passing game today. Even JG said postgame they inserted some new stuff offensively!!!

Getting away with what? He's soured pretty hard lately and this is only his 3rd year.

Kyler has been in the league how many years? He's regressed, injured, and taking up a ton of the cap, of course everyone wants to get rid of him.

Maybe a couple of plays that JB can process that KM can't

And we had to make up for a weak RB room

Good thing Bam and Carter had good games

JB played well. Was refreshing to our QB stand in the pocket make some really nice throws. This team can never play complimentary football. Every time we took the lead, defense immediately gave it back up. For the most part we have no pass rush, and coverage is not good. Bad combination. Good teams find a way to win close games more times than not.

Nice game from Jacoby Brissett but he will turn back into Jacoby Brissett if he’s the QB for an extended period of time. We went thru the same thing with Colt after a spot start or two.
Don’t tell them that they think today is the floor for JB.

It’s not it’s his ceiling and just like with all the other backups he will show that.

I get where you're coming from but the Colts before today we're 2nd ranked scoring offense, 4th in yards per game, 4th in passing yards per game, and 9th in rushing.

We actually kept them below par in 3 of these 4. And they played some good teams. It was average.

You know they lost their best corner minutes before the game, right?

I’m not concerned about Kyler Murray because Kyler Murray will not be a Cardinal in 2026, imo.

JG is way more likely to still be here than Kyler in 2026. I’m very much concerned about the guy that will be here longer than the other guy.

Did anyone really think that we were going to take the lead on that final drive? I've been punked too many times by this team that I didn't even have hope of that.

This is cool and all, but how many of those teams have HCs with defensive backgrounds? Denver, Miami, Tennessee, & LAR all have offensive-background HCs.

Its more of the reason why I want to move off of Gannon because what does he even do if his main strength can’t stop another strength?
