This is a good take.

Everyone has to be ready to get the ball when it comes for you. No question. But you can’t choose to feature Tip Reiman on three-yard outs for the first 15 targets and expect your guys to be locked in.

Marv and K1 clearly aren't on the same page. As you said, catch the ball when thrown to you, but there is obviously frustration there between the 2 of them.

This will be unpopular, but you can't ignore your WRs until you get behind and then expect them to make plays. It's one of the biggest issues I have with the offense. Yes they had drops, but is it shocking that the cardio squad isn't ready for the big moments? Have to have a balanced offense if you are going to count on this group to make plays when you have to throw the ball.
Right?
Rhythm is a concept taught in Pop Warner ball.
The Petzing obviously never played Pop Warner

Tip had two intentional targets during the first offensive drive that went 8 yards total. Tip should get two targets
Per season.

I just read an article by Tyler Drake about MHJ being emotionally upset after the game, saying he knows he has to be better. Well duh, you're a 1st round draft pick, catch the damn ball, high point a pass every once in a while. So frustrating.

That's good news if he wasn't upset after dropping TWO TD passes I would be wondering if he'll ever make it

While I agree we don't want to feature Tip in the passing game I can't believe people are excusing MHJ because he was bored or wasn't ready? He dropped TWO TD PASSES today. I called him out early in the game thread on the play where Kyler ran for a first down tip toeing down the sideline, the whole reason Kyler had to run is Marv quit on the route. He can't do stuff like that.

It just seems like people who don’t want to admit they’re wrong. MHJ dropped a perfectly thrown ball at him in the first quarter last week, another WIDE OPEN pass in 3rd this week. Late, early, doesn’t matter… right now he’s a dog out there.

Well he had better step up his game now because our offense has to pass more, I like Trey Benson but he isn't James Conner.

Sure.

This just blows.

We’re just staring at no future… again.

No confidence in this front office, coaching staff and very few young cornerstone players to build around. best prospect. We have a great TE… and a good, but not elite LT, who’s got a knee issue for a second consecutive season.

And that… is… IT.

That’s bleak.

It’s bleak. This team is no fun. Zero rizz except for Calais who is basically my age.

Josh Sweat had a good play at the beginning of the game and disappeared for the next two hours.

Said this all off season that this WR room was below average and boy did today show it.

Marv is not a number 1
Wilson is not a number 2
Jones should not be on this squad at all.

This is completely on MO and after three years he has failed to give us talent on this offense.
I didn’t agree until now. I did want us to upgrade WR 2 but Zay is a joke also. Cut him today.

Kei'Trel Clark has rizz. He hit the seatbelt celly against the Panthers.

Said no offensive mind… ever.

I mean… BACH, come on man. Do you really believe this?
100%. As much as he is on the field he needs to have targets thrown his way for the defense to account for.

He not that blocking TE that you bring in on special run downs. He’s on the field for more than 50%. Every offensive mind will tell you that
