Kyler isn't even the worst current QB contract, much less the worst decisions in sports history. Tua is making $53 million/per. Dashaun Watson is making $46 million. Cousins is making $45 million as a backup.

I doubt anyone on the board will miss Kyler the QB, but many will definitely miss Kyler the scapegoat.
you got that good weed

I'll take Rod Graves. At least his choices got me the once in a lifetime experience of attending a Superbowl! Will never happen again since it seems like the base price nowadays to get in is around 4-5K. Which I will never pay. the 850.00 per ticket i handed to @Duckjake(RIP) was a damn bargain.

Keim and it's not even close.
I have to agree. But unfortunately Keim became a trainwreck in his private life. Even if we were good that year he had to go.

No GM is perfect. But I am looking at 2024 when we had so many draft picks and free agents and Monti appears to have just botched it almost completely with that off-season. I cannot recall Keim ever having a year quite that bad.

That'll teach me to trust Theo Mackie. He wrote that article for the Arizona Republic and it got reposted by Yahoo. No mention of Baker.
Mackie and the article are accurate - as stated in the headline, it's about the Keim + Kingsbury draft picks. Baker was drafted in 2017, long before Kingsbury arrived in Arizona.

You changed the context to "Keim's fingerprints", hence Baker needed to be added to your list.

MB met Monti in TN back in 2021 during season opening weekend. This was at the height of the MB/SK heyday. I’m guessing while in Nashville, SK did something that pissed MB off, so MB kept Monti on a burner. Monti is the side dude…

That said, I’d rather have SK than Monti.

Monti is to GM what Kingsbury was to HC.

The SK/BA years were the best years of this franchises existence. I’ll gladly take 2013-17 over this obnoxious BS

Keim so far.

MO has been the architect of a dumpster fire. There is nothing good he is responsible for.

As someone who backed Keim loooooonnnng after the board was nearly unanimous in hating him, he was great till the drugs and alcohol took their effect on his mindset, mental health and work ethic. Sober Steve trumped 90% of NFL GM’s imo. Substance loving Steve was trash. Monti has made a lot of great moves that the board won’t recognize because the team sucks but while other moves have not panned out at all, there’s justification in making a lot of them. There’s a reason why Keim hasn’t sniffed another GM job. Also, who’s the common denominator in all Cardinal failure? Anyone with the last name Bidwill. Mike is the biggest blame for our lack of anything good.

Keim had two good drafts in 10 years but he was pretty good in FA and trades. Had he been the same exact GM without being a mess off the job he’s probably still employed. He knew exactly how to handle Bidwill.

You all voting for Monti realize there is zero chance we make the playoffs for sure next year and likely 3 years.

5 year rebuild minimum
Thats Bull hockey.
fact is..we should be heading to the playoffs right now. The roster is without a doubt good enough.
the blatantly obvious regression along both lines is evidence of that.
There is something toxic in that locker room. I dont know what it is but its there...
across the board our position coaches suck swampy ass...every damn one of them...there may be an average one hidden amongst the steaming crap pile at hardy drive but Im not so sure there are any worthy of the time it would take to sift through it all versus just flushing and scrubbing the bowl clean...
it was bad enough when we saw players just not developing...but this season they were getting worse.

I mean really...how the flying fudge do you add Calais Campbell, Dalvin Tomlinson, Josh Sweat, and Walter Nolen to your front seven and they produce less than the whodat group of practice squad rejects we ran most of last year due to injuries?

This jackass frye brought us a freaking Greek Tragedy the way he coaches offensive line....a unit that regressed in basically every single metric...

Monti needs to be waiting in the locker room when the team comes in after the final game...and dont even let the coaches address the team..just fire all of them right then...and inform the team you plan to bring in a coaching staff that will stop failing their effort.

Hm citation needed
Paris Johnson
Garrett Williams
Mike Wilson
Dante Stills
Tip Reiman
DTD
Walter Nolan
Will Johnson
Jordan Burch
Cody Simon
Denzel Burke

All of them have been very strong draft picks.

Williams
Stills
Nolan
Johnson
DTD
Burke

All have been exceptional for their draft position.

Sweat
Tomlinson
Campbell
Brissett

All great moves in FA

Locking up McBride is something the Cardinals could have/would have effed up many times with other GM’s.

If this were all true, we'd be headed to the super bowl!
