What made you think he was particularly athletic? You could clearly see in his college highlights he wasn't.

One has to have a certain amount of athleticism and skill to play in the NBA.

So far, Khaman hasn't looked as mobile and reacted as quickly as I had hoped. Maybe the game will slow down for him in time.

I don't think it's the speed so much as the disjointed nature of SL that is causing him to appear flat footed tonight. He's a lottery pick who hadn't played in 3-4 months outside of draft workouts. This is glorified pick up basketball with a new set of teammates, most trying to make an impression and earn a paycheck.

I noticed they tried Point Koby a little bit, which was awful. Gillepsie would have been nice to see with these guys but he earned his deal so I am happy he doesn't need to participate.

Add in the twin towers of Khamen and Oso also and spacing is terrible.

Yeah I turned it off at halftime. Really hard to watch.

- Guard play is atrocious.

- Dunn and Brea may be solid but neither seem to be able to create for themselves.

- Maluach seemed to have an impact defensively just by being out there. If he can focus on being a rim runner and lob threat he will be fine.

- Fleming looked like a guy playing his first game against better comp than he’s used to.

- Brea looks like he has a pure shot, but he’s gonna have nights where he makes 6/7 threes and nights where he misses 10 . I’m ok with that.

I don't understand why this guy says Jalen Green can be an all-star somewhere else but not phoenix. Why because of our win loss record? It certainly won't be for lack of opportunity.

I'm telling you what I see now, not projecting his future, but I expected more from Khaman in summer league.

I almost don’t want to listen to them. They don’t know much. The projected depth chart for the suns looked awful.

Well it's pretty much what I was expecting. He only averaged 6pts and 8 boards in college. Expecting much in his rookie year with that little production is asking a lot.

It is like James Jones parting gift was building the final Summer Suns squad. I'd rather see David Roddy play PG like Vogel tried.
