Why does Gobert get played off the floor? Lack of shooting. Unlike Oso he can drastically elevate a teams defense.

What skill does Oso bring that some journeyman 7' doesn't? Mason Plumlee is a good example of a journeyman. Mason is a better defender, rebounder, and finishes inside better. So why stan for Oso by bringing up guards who are tasked with entirely different facets of basketball.
I agree. I might give him a little more time, but I am beginning to think that Oso is a waste of a roster spot. We need to run this team like a tryout from top to bottom. We have to find players, good players, maybe even star players outside of the draft.

This means free agent signings, international signings etc. We need players who have all the tools to develop. Oso is not that guy. He might fill a niche spot on a team that already has identity.

Oso is last on the roster spot for. Should be the one to go if we need to make room for someone.

And if Charles Barkley could develop a golf swing, he could play on the senior tour. That Oso shot is just a lost cause. We have to accept that.
FYI, Barkley has DRAMATICALLY changed his swing from what it was. He is supposedly an eight handicap, down from a 32. Barkley had the shot of the day at the American Century Golf Tournament. I used to go to that tournament every year and Barkley was always the 90th player out of 90. This year he was 69th out of 90. Barkley's getting better. Sometimes old dogs can improve.
