The NFC Worst could have TWO teams in the playoffs. A Rams and Seattle win (with the Minny loss) gives them both the playoff spots.

The Colts are doing the same thing in Denver, Manning and James played 3 downs, they are resting most of their secondary, and they have pulled James and Wayne now too.

Of course they have incentive, if Denver wins, they play Denver in Indy for the their playoff opener, if Indy wins, they play Jax or Baltimore I think. So Indy has apparently decided they'd rather play Denver than those teams.
