i wouldn't say shaq is better than duncan. he is probably 7th or so all time. The best centers of all time, IMO:

Wilt
Kareem
Hakeem
Bill Russel
Moses Malone
Ewing
Possibly David Robinson

It was waaaaaay back, before any of our time, but George Mikan revolutionized the Center position and set the stage for Wilt.

I'd put him fourth on this list, even ahead of Malone, Ewing and the Admiral.

Also a minor tweak. In the history of the game, most would rank Bill Russell in the top three because of his outstanding defense.

i'm far too young to have actually seen mikan play, but i have seen a few things about him on nba tv and what not. i've done a little reading on him too, so i agree that he did revolutionize that position. My list was in no particular order, so russell wasn't in the top 3. i agree that he should be, however.
